1. Products are complimentary from the Brands side.

2. Brands can choose to participate in one or multiple events. (Our D2C Insider Jaipur, Ahmedabad ,Pune Chennai, Hyderabad CXO Meets requirement will be 100 samples each) & (Our D2C Insider Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru Summit will be requiring 250 samples each)

3. We have 75  special invitees for our D2C Insider  Summits, who are marquee founders or investors / core team of D2C Insider who attend the D2C Insider Events. Some brands may not be able to sample their expensive products to all the founders can choose to do it to the special invitees only. Please select - All founders/CXOs or only special invitees option in the form below accordingly

4. In-Event Serving,  brands could have their products or eatables served Live into the event. This could also help the brand to have a instant response platform and to serve the community.

5. Brands will have to get the products delivered to the respective warehouse addresses shared from time to time and responsibility of brands to segregate their products on their own before dispatching them.

6. This activity is solely for the purpose of sampling your products to founders and investors from the D2C Insider community. We do not commit any branding, promotion or event entry with this

7. Please do not provide any hazardous or perishable products with a low shelf life in the goodie bag

8. Products should be sealed packed and in case you want multiple flavors to be distributed, we request you to please pack them combined.

9. Fill out the logistics tracking form which will be shared with you through mail after dispatching products
